- As you might expect with a house that is 105 years old, we regret to say the property is not handicap accessible.
- Several cats share their house with us, so those with an allergy or an aversion to cats would do well to look elsewhere.
- While we don't allow smoking in the house, you are welcome to smoke outside on our covered porch.
